The Turner Suite

This is the ultimate "Romance" Suite. It is our grandest of rooms with bold colors, beautiful bedding and curtains! It features a sitting area with a romantic fireplace to enjoy. The in-room bathroom is perfect and looks out over the stone courtyard. This Suite is named for Bert's Uncle Vincent and Aunt Marie Turner. Vince and Marie were mentors of Bert's father Bill who encouraged him to relocate our family to upstate NY in the early 1960's. It was this kind of guidance that proved to be rewarding! Without it, the Inn and our lives here would have never happened!

The Peggy Madeline Room

This regal, so very elegant cranberry red room, with its four poster queen sized bed, is located on the ground floor making it our most accessible room should you need to avoid stairs.. We named it after Bert's "post hip surgery, one of a kind walker" carrying aunts that we love dearly. Our Aunts intend to be our first guests and we knew that the decor had to be as bold and vibrant as these two ladies are. This room is three feet from the idyllic front porch and also the front room where the fireplace is a must see and experience spot.

The Helen and Percy Suite

We refer to this room as the "Tranquility Suite" The soft, calm colors immediately transform your mood. Lounge on the comfy Queen bed while gazing at the fireplace or retreat to the couch for some R & R. Your bathroom is right next door!

The Jack and Nellie Room

I had the distinct honor of having this duo as my great-grandparents!
I named this room after them since the gold and pink reminded me of their elegant style of the time. This is a smaller, quaint room with a full sized bed. It features its own wash basin with a shared full bathroom right next door!

The Lillian Suite

$199.00/night- 3 nights or more 10% discount. Additional guest at the rate of +$40

This is our King Suite. It is the oldest structure on the grounds. It served as the staging area for the construction on the house and store. Later it would become the summer kitchen for the family. In the day, such kitchens were kept separate from the main home in order to keep fires from devastating the homestead if one were to happen. The original beams are all intact in the ceiling and black smith forged iron spikes can be seen protruding from them. Bark still adorns the hand hewn beams taken directly from the grounds. The room is spacious and updated with in floor radiant heat, a large bath, a private covered sitting porch, and hot tub access only steps outside the entrance! The room is named in honor of Lillian Nelsen, Bert's very special Aunt.

Gabe's Room

Gabe's room is special to us for a number of reasons. It is part of a renovation of the original structure made in about 1860. A narrow private staircase leads up to this wonderful room. The shower is contained within the room, and the private bathroom is just off the room itself. Unique touches abound in the room, including a fireplace mantle that serves as headboard for the queen-size bed, a spacious double closet & gorgeous wide plank board floors. This room can also be opened via a hallway door and adjoined to the Helen and Percy Suite to serve as a family suite (additional pricing applies). When we refurbished the room, it became the favorite of our good friend, Gabe, who helped in its design. It is in Gabe's memory that we dedicate this wonderful room!

Deposits

One night Single room reservations are payable in full at the time the reservation is made
Single room reservations of more than one night require a deposit equal to 50% of the total
Group reservations are payable in full for one night events and 50% is due at the time of reservation for events of more than on night

Room Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation and provide a minimum of 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit less a cancellation fee of $10. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit is not refundable unless we are able to re-book your room. Please understand that when guests cancel their reservations unexpectedly, unlike a large hotel we can never double book the 6 rooms we have. Cancellations have a great impact because when your reservation is confirmed, we must turn away all other requests for that room. If we are fortunate enough to rebook the room we will refund your deposit less the $10 cancellation fee.

Group Cancellation Policy

Group reservations of 4 or more rooms (even when paid for individually when part of a single event) are refundable in full if cancelled within 6 months of the reservation date. If cancelled within 3 months (90 days) of the reservation 50% of the deposit will be refundable. After 90 days refunds can not be made for group reservations.
